How To Get There / Road instructions to Villa Al Console

• From the Historical Center of Lucca

  Exit the Walls of Lucca at Porta Sant’Anna (Sant’Anna Gate) and proceed straight ahead at traffic lights into Viale Giacomo Puccini / Via Sarzanese SS439 in the direction of Viareggio. After about 3.5 km cross Ponte San Pietro (San Pietro Bridge) over the Serchio River. After bridge continue straight for another 0.5 km, passing through an allee of trees, and then take a sharp right in direction Sant’Alessio and Carignano into Via di Sant’Alessio.
  Follow the curvy road for 1.8 km until you reach Hotel Carignano to your left. Immediately after Hotel Carignano turn left into Via per Carignano. Head up the road for 200 m, passing a closed gate of Villa Al Console to your right with a view of the villa, and turn right at first opening in the hedge on your right (you have arrived at Via per Carignano 186). Park on grass to your left opposite farm house. Proceed on foot on path through trees to Villa Al Console.

• From Highway Exit Lucca Ovest (West)

  Exit Highway A11 at Lucca Ovest (West). Pass toll booth and turn first right in direction Lucca Center @ and immediately left under bridge in direction Lucca Center @. Proceed straight in direction Viareggio (not anymore Lucca Center), passing a traffic light. Turn left at third roundabout into Via Sarzanese SS439. Drive about 2 km until Ponte San Pietro (San Pietro Bridge). Cross Ponte San Pietro over Serchio River, continue another 0.5 km through an allee of trees and then take first sharp right in direction Sant’Alessio and Carignano into Via di Sant’Alessio.
  Follow the curvy road for 1.8 km until you reach Hotel Carignano to your left. Immediately after Hotel Carignano turn left into Via per Carignano. • From Florence

  On Highway A11 towards Pisa / Pisa Nord (North) exit at Lucca Ovest (West). Follow instructions “From Highway Exit Lucca Ovest”.

• From Genova (from the North) or Pisa Airport / Livorno (from the South) on Coastal Highway A12 / E80

  Exit Highway A12 / E80 in direction Florence. Follow sign towards Florence. Once on A11 towards Florence and Lucca, exit at Lucca Ovest (West) and follow instrucions “From Highway Exit Lucca Ovest”.
  When leaving Pisa Airport head first towards Genova. After toll booth proceed towards Genova on A12 / E80, then follow sign towards Firenze / Pisa Nord. At Pisa Nord change onto A11 towards Florence. Exit at Lucca Ovest and follow instructions “From Highway Exit Lucca Ovest”.
